How To Reserve Your Team’s place for
Hoops in the Square 3-on-3 Tournament

REGISTRATION NOW CLOSED – CHECK BRACKETS FOR GAME TIMES & COURT ASSIGNMENTS

  

  1. Complete Registration Form and fax form to 214.975.1266 or email to .   Only one form per team required.
  2. Pay $100 entry fee on PayPal   Visa, Master-Card or American Express cards accepted.  Include your PayPal email address on your Registration Form for verification. Your team’s spot will be reserved once we have received payment and Registration Form.  You will receive email confirmation within 2-3 days of submittal.

Team Check-In Instructions – Day of the Event

  1. Have your TEAM CAPTAIN or COACH complete the Waiver/Roster Form.  Only one form per team required.  Bring this form to the Registration Tent (near Center Court) on the day of the event.  If your team has changed since Registration, bring a completed Player Replacement form. ALL TEAMS MUST BRING COMPLETED WAIVER/ROSTER FORM TO CHECK-IN
  2. All Teams must Check-In at the Tournament Headquarters Tent at least one hour prior to the team’s first  game.  Valid Photo ID’s required (copies of birth certificates for minors.)  Each player will  receive their Player-Pack and T-shirt at Check-In. *Teams may also Check-In early and receive Player Packs at Lochrann’s on Friday Night  from 6-10 PM.
